Tokyo Station Exploration (6/14/2022)

I went to the Tokyo Station to explore the shops and good spots for sightseeing.

After graduating from college, I worked for a company which was located near the Tokyo Station (it was more than 30 years ago.) :)
The area is now completely changed, and I wanted to find out what kind of shops/amusements/sightseeing information there are in the area.

I walked around the following areas:
1. "ecute" and "ecute Keiyo" that are on the first floor (inside ticket gates).
I had lunch, cheese curry rice at Book Compass Cafe at ecute.
2. "GRANSTA TOKYO" first and basement floors (inside ticket gates).
There are so many restaurants, snacks/accessories/souvenir stores.
3. "Tokyo Station Ichibangai" (outside ticket gates) that has Character Street, Ramen Street, Candy Land, Kurobei Yokocho (lined with eating/drinking spots).
4. "Yaesu Underground Mall" (stores are extensively lined up from the Sotobori-bori basement to Chuo-dori Avenue)
5. "GRANROOF/GRANFRONT" (restaurant area)
You can get the car parking free if you spend more than 3,000 JPY in the area.
6. "GRANSTA MARUNOUCHI" which is located in the Marunochi entrance.
7. Marubiru (Marunouchi Building) & Shin-Marubiru (Shin-Marunouchi Building)
These are the famaous business buildings located just outside of the Marunouchi Central entrance.
8. "KITTE" (commercial facility operated by Japan Post) that is located outside of Marunouchi South entrace. I went up to the 6th floor that has a garden to see around the Marunouchi areas.
9. Mitsubishi Ichigokan Museum
10. Marunouchi Naka Street (street behind the Marubiru and Shin-Marubiru) nice steet with trees along the way
11. Marunouchi OAZO (commercial complex)

I also checked the cab stand near Yaesu entrace where there is a deck rest area attached to Daimaru Department Store.
There are two cab stands at the north and south of Marunouchi entrance.

I walked around like 10 km and was really tired but could have good knowledge of the areas.
There are so many shops at the Tokyo Station area, and I wondered if there are enough customers for the shops to run the business...
